PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC — The Israel men’s national box lacrosse team will hold an eight-day camp, which will serve as the second of four major training events ahead of the 2024 World Indoor Lacrosse Championships.
The training event is being held in conjunction with the 2023 European Box Invitational and the Aleš Hřebeský Memorial at LCC Radotín near Prague, Czech Republic.
Israel and nine other countries will be utilizing the Inivitational (dubbed “E-BOX”), which is held from April 21-24, as training camps. The event features each team in one full 60-minute (4×15) stopapge time, World Lacrosse regulation match per day, to best replicate the experience of participating in a grueling World or European Championship.
The Invitational is being held as a prelude to the 28th annual Aleš Hřebeský Memorial Tournament, in which Israel will be represented by Tel Aviv LC for the seventh time from April 26-29. The Israelis won the tournament for the first time in 2018 and was a finalist in 2019.
All games in both E-BOX and the AHM are streamed free, live on the LCC Radotin Youtube Page.
